Fernando Angelucci
Fernando Angelucci's love of real estate started before he was even able to drive. At 16 years old, Fernando first read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and subsequently started his first business at the age of 19. Fernando Angelucci studied Ag-Bio Engineering at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. After working at a Fortune 50 company and investing in real estate on the side, Fernando founded Effortless Home Buyers with Steven Wear. In addition to heading the organization, Fernando leads the team at Effortless Home Buyers. When Fernando isn't conducting property condition assessments and working with sellers to craft win-win deals, Fernando likes to play frisbee golf, smoke meats, and see live music.
Steven Wear
Steven Wear studied Advertising at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. After years as an account executive for multiple advertising and branding agencies, Steven founded Effortless Home Buyers with Fernando Angelucci to service real estate sellers post Great Recession. Hundreds of successful transactions later, Steven heads the Customer Experience department at Effortless Home Buyers, ensuring that any seller experiences transparency and honesty every step of the real estate sale process. Steven lives in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago and enjoys flexing his green thumb, riding his bike along the lake front, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
Jason Marcordes
Jason Marcordes was born and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Eastern Illinois University. During his time at EIU, he began his real estate career managing distressed commercial property. After gaining years of experience managing a variety of different asset classes, he left the corporate world and went on to launch his own property management company. For over a decade, Jason has been actively overseeing commercial and residential properties across the Chicagoland Area. In 2020, Jason joined the Effortless Home Buyers team as the Chief Operating Officer where he plays an active role in process and system development and implementation. In his time off, Jason enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife Kristy and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
